About Mediterranean
Mediterranean is a multiplace hyperbaric oxygen chamber built for four people at a time. The shell is made from aircraft-grade aluminium and the chamber ships in three cylindrical 770 mm modules that fit through a standard doorway and are assembled on site. That lets it be installed in existing premises without structural work.
Every seat has its own BIBS mask, and the chamber is run from an external and internal control panel with industrial PLC automation and data logging. The interior is finished in eco-leather with ergonomic chairs, adjustable RGB lighting, UVC disinfection, intercom and entertainment via a large screen or tablets.

Monitoring and comfort
Pure oxygen for four at once
BIBS oxygen system. Every seat in Mediterranean has its own BIBS mask delivering oxygen at 90–93 % purity and a flow of 1–20 LPM per user.
Twin hoses. Oxygen is supplied through one hose while exhaled air carrying carbon dioxide is led out through the other. That keeps the oxygen level in the chamber air below 21 % and simplifies fire safety.
Four concentrators. The system is fed by four oxygen concentrators at 5 bar working pressure, sized for full load on all four seats.
Automation and control
Mediterranean is run by industrial PLC automation with an external and internal control panel. Compression, plateau pressure and decompression follow preset protocols with smooth transitions, and all sensor data is logged in real time.
The system has manual backup, a safety valve and emergency decompression from 2.0 to 1.0 ATA in 90 seconds. Ventilation is steplessly adjustable between 125 and 400 LPM and temperature is held within ±0.1 °C.

An interior built for four
The 2,900 mm internal length and 5.8 m³ volume give four seats with generous legroom. The chairs come in three models and are upholstered in eco-leather, with a choice of colour and stitching.
On board there is an intercom with volume control, adjustable RGB lighting, USB 3.0 and entertainment via a large screen or individual tablets. UVC disinfection with a presence sensor runs automatically between sessions.
