About Oyster
Oyster is a single-seat chamber for seated treatment. It has a moulded shell with a top-opening acrylic dome across the whole upper half, which gives visibility in every direction during the session and makes getting in and out straightforward, without the patient having to climb into a tube.
Unlike the chambers in the range that are built at several pressure levels, Oyster ships in a single build at 2.0 ATA. That keeps configuration simple: choose the chamber, add the required system components, then the options the clinic needs.
Seated treatment under the dome
The patient sits in an armchair with a view out through the acrylic dome. The format suits clinics, spas and home installations where a lying-down chamber feels enclosed, or where the room cannot take a full-length cylindrical chamber.
Oxygen through BIBS
Oxygen is delivered through the built-in breathing system with a mask, so the chamber itself stays pressurised with breathable air rather than oxygen. A base set of ten BIBS masks is included, and further masks can be ordered individually.
Air supply and cooling
The air compressor is part of the chamber system. An oxygen concentrator and an air chiller are required in every configuration, and in humid environments an air dryer is also recommended.
The system around the chamber
The plant equipment stands beside the chamber and consists of the oxygen concentrator, compressor and air chiller. Control is handled from a floor-standing touchscreen next to the chamber, where the operator follows pressure, time and treatment profile.

Interior and customization
The chamber can be delivered in the clinic’s own identity. The customization package covers custom paint colour, leather colour and stitch colour, manual seat leather colour, logo embroidery on the headrest and branding decals. Options include an automatic recliner seat, a TV monitor and an 11-inch Android tablet.
All entertainment systems are medical-grade, ASME PVHO and PED compliant, 12V hard-wired, with no battery.
