About Zeugma Monoplace
Zeugma is a single-occupancy (monoplace) hyperbaric oxygen chamber built as an active class IIb medical device. It combines a hard shell in aircraft-grade aluminium with acrylic panorama windows, an ergonomic leather interior and a built-in BIBS breathing system that delivers pure oxygen at a steady flow and an exact concentration.
The chamber is modular and assembled from three sections, which makes it straightforward to transport and install on site. Control runs through an external and internal touchscreen with HPOSoft V2.0 automation, which handles compression and decompression with smooth transitions and logs sensor data in real time. Every Zeugma is configured individually, from pressure class and interior to paint colour and entertainment.
Pressure up to 3.0 ATA
Fully automatic compression and decompression with adaptable protocols. Choose pressure class 2.0, 2.4 or 3.0 ATA to suit your needs.
Modular construction
Three 770 mm sections in aircraft-grade aluminium (5 mm), assembled on site. Internal volume 2 m³ with acrylic panorama windows.
BIBS oxygen system
A built-in breathing system that circulates pure oxygen through a mask and counteracts carbon dioxide build-up, whatever the breathing pattern.
Comfort and entertainment
Ergonomic eco-leather chair, adjustable RGB LED, UVC disinfection between sessions plus a large-screen TV or tablet.
Pure oxygen, precisely controlled
BIBS oxygen system. Zeugma delivers pure oxygen through a built-in breathing system (BIBS) at a steady flow and an exact concentration.
BIBS mask: circulates oxygen efficiently through the hose while carrying carbon dioxide away, which simplifies treatment even with limited lung capacity.
Stable concentration: exact oxygen concentration despite pressure variations, fed at 3.2–4.0 bar and 250 LPM air flow.
HPOSoft smart automation
Zeugma is controlled by HPOSoft V2.0 with an industrial PLC that monitors every connected system in real time.
Automatic control: computer-controlled compression and decompression with smooth transitions that eliminate operator error. Sensor data is logged every 5 seconds.
External and internal control: a touchscreen both outside and inside the chamber, emergency stop on both sides, intercom, USB 3.0 and real-time alarms with sound and light.
